Dear CCNY Community:
For this update, we can share that the contractor completed removal of the soil from the planters. Demolition of the concrete planters began the week of March 6, and will continue for the next two weeks. There will be noise during this demolition work due to jackhammering of the concrete planters. Sidewalk closures are anticipated along the Convent avenue as the demolition takes place. Signs indicating sidewalk closures will be posted to direct pedestrians to the nearest exit.
